Stay Motivated with a Challenge

During COVID it has been hard to stay motivated with a workout routine. Maybe you are someone that enjoys going to fitness classes and the social aspect of working out. With studios having to change to smaller classes, social distancing and sometimes closing in-studio classes it might make it hard to get excited about your workout. I enjoy the company of others and the energy of a full room sweating it out together. Grace and Power Fitness has been working hard to keep people motivated and enjoying their workouts. We have made it easy to workout at home, in studio, or enjoying the On-Demand Subscription. With On Demand Barre, Pilates, and many more classes that we offer it makes it easier to get those workouts into your week. But maybe you need a little help staying motivated.
In November the 21 Day Challenge was a lot of fun. Taking Barre consistently for 21 days was a great way to feel the benefits of barre. Fitness challenges can be a great way to stay motivated and have fun. So, we will be adding more in the future. Let us help you stay inspired and have fun with your fitness routine.
